We are always looking for new additions to the team! As part of HCRC, you will work hands on with the kart and the people who build it. Member Roles
Everyone on the Honors College Racing Crew has the opportunity to make an impact in any way they desire. Here are some of the ways that members are involved on the team now!
Executive
Main leadership roles including crew chief and director who help to guide the team and direct efforts toward larger goals.
Race Day Crew
This group includes the pit crew and crew chief who will work on the track during the race.
Data
Records and analyzes statistics from practices and races to find ways to improve lap times.
Spotting
Watches and takes notes on drivers and laps during practices and races. They then combine their knowledge with data in order to provide tips to increase pace on track.
Engineering
Works on separate build projects to add onto and improve the karts.
Personal Relations
Spreads information about the team through this website and social media posts.
